HOW TO USE: As a cleansing toner: pour a quarter-size into the palm of your hand. Go straight to face and pat, don’t rub, into the skin, from forehead to chin. As a makeup remover: pour a quarter-size amount into a cotton round and begin removing makeup with circular motions until makeup is removed. Repeat if necessary.
